Who are we?

Jiaozi.com shows the work and efforts of young people in learning about racism against Asian seniors and community activities promoting anti-racism using newly designed dumplings, a.k.a. "Chinese jiaozi".

Jiaozi's key volunteers have been young people (mostly teenagers) with multi-cultural backgrounds,who speak: Mandarin, Cantonese, Hindi,Japanese, & Tagalog.

Our volunteers have been acknowledged by:

• Province of B.C. Multiculturalism and Anti-Racism Awards program
• City of Burnaby, Mayor Mike Hurley and City Councillors presented individual volunteer recognition certificates at our Bots and Buns Festival (held at the Nikkei cultural centre)

Our activities and volunteers have been featured on different news media/services including: Global T.V. News, CTV news, Sing Tao news

The Canada Caring Community Alliance is an official non-profit society seeking to increase the safety and increased well-being of senior citizens both living in the community as well as in residential care facilities.
